Buying a house in Florida was a longtime dream of mine, something I didn't honestly believe would ever happen especially I live and work in Pennsylvania. It is very tricky buying a house far away from where someone currently lives. But in one month my life took a different direction than I would have expected and I had not too many alternatives than just to book a flight to Orlando and search for a house.
I was under extreme pressure to find a house in few days especially I had my house in Pennsylvania under contract with an already set closing date 2 weeks away. I know that choosing a real estate agent can be quite challenging but I had to select a realtor to work with and I started searching online and checking reviews. Being under time pressure, I was worried to be taken advantage of and make a bad deal and purchase the wrong house. When I found Bryan’s online profile, among other things, I liked mostly how he highlighted his passion and career as firefighter which is a tough business, and firefighters need to possess a multitude of skills and talents as being trustworthy and someone you can always rely on in any situation. Therefore, I selected Bryan and I consider myself was lucky enough to do so.
Bryan did an amazing job of making the process of searching a house in few days run smoothly and efficiently which is super important when someone under time pressure as this can be very stressful. He made himself fully available to me and scheduled showing in short notice, planned the showings timing based on the geographical location which was extremely helpful for using the time efficiently. Bryan was always happy to answer my 500 questions a day and his knowledge of the market in Orlando is top notch. I never felt I am pressed by Bryan to decide about a house and he was very neutral with bringing up the pluses and minuses of every place in a very professional way.
Finally, Bryan gave me an awesome closing gift. A wonderful stylish basket with home baked bread, champagne, olive oil, salt, candle and a very thoughtful framed words of wisdom about this mix of things in the basket. Can’t put words of how thoughtful and valuable gift this was. Thank you, Bryan. You are the best.
